The moment you are signed in, the system checks two things automatically: an active service level agreement with Care Net, and whether you do 100 or more occupational medicals a year with us. Your answers run through the Care Net Method: our maintained, triple verified body of South African occupational health law. It classifies your operation, frames the exact legal instruments that govern it, profiles every job against the hazard map, prescribes the surveillance battery with a legal basis for every test, composes the document, and then checks its own work. Nine checks must pass before a draft exists at all, among them:
- PASS every citation resolves to a verified instrument
- PASS every test carries dual justification: the hazard and Employment Equity Act section 7
- PASS exit medicals are never omitted
- PASS no unresolved item ever prints; open questions route to the clinical queue
5A registered OMP reviews, recommends, and signs
No Plan releases without a registered Occupational Medical Practitioner. The OMP reviews the draft in the clinical interface, records recommendations, and signs with name and HPCSA number. This gate is enforced in the database itself: there is no pathway to a released document around it. On the working draft package the document stays watermarked and unsigned.
6Delivery, hosting, and revisions
Your signed Plan is delivered for download and hosted securely with revision numbers. When your operations or the law change, the revision runs through the same method and the same clinical review. Below is a real sample, generated from entirely fictitious company data and watermarked on every page:
